Adjacent to Highlands-Cashiers Hospital just off US 64 between Highlands and Cashiers, approximately four miles east of Highlands and eight miles west of Cashiers.

From the south, travelers should take GA 246 to the right just north of Dillard, GA
(which becomes NC 106) and follow it until it intersects with US 64 in Highlands.
Turn right at the first stop light and continue on US 64 east until you reach the
Highlands-Cashiers Hospital campus.

Highlands Dermatology’s Director, Paul S. Cabiran, M.D., is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Dr. Cabiran earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, LA, in 1991. He performed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans before entering the residency program in dermatology at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1993.

Upon completion of his residency in 1996, Dr. Cabiran practiced at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in Baton Rouge, LA, where he performed general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including skin cancer surgery.

Dr. Cabiran opened his practice in Highlands on March 15, 2004.
